What Your Wobble Walk Needs!

Take off your shoes, grab your phone or camera, and video yourself walking toward and away from the camera. Do you have that wobble? Do your hips drop on one side or both? If so, you might want to consider adding some moves to target your glutes and other hip muscles to help you stabilize your pelvis and not drop from side to side. Back, hip, and knee pain, weak core, pelvic floor issues (like leaking, prolapse, and pain), can all be associated with weak hips! So, film you, see if you drop or wobble, and get to training! With some intentional attention and movement, you'll be on your way to happier hips and a healthier body.
