Amazing Hip Flexor Stretch!

Got tight hip flexors? Too much time sitting at your desk? Tension after running or exercise? Give this stretch a try. You'll need either a foam roller, a bolster, a pillow you can double over, or a rolled up beach towel. After stretching, make sure to follow up with GLUTE STRENGTHENING!
