The Dirty Six: Moves to Make Your Booty Pop

Your butt. Your booty. Your derriere. Whatever you want to call it, it's about to work. While having a nicely shaped booty can be interesting, let's go for a strong, well functioning and balanced backside. These 6 moves will get everything back there working hard. But keep these two tips in mind: 1-When you do these moves, try to keep your pelvis BALANCED and LEVEL. No dipping and dropping on either side. 2- GO SLOWLY. Don't count on momentum, and try not to bounce. Make your whole system work!

Connect with your glutes, watch your alignment, and sink into the burn. Enjoy!
