Despite the recommendation of 150 minutes of exercise per week, around 75% of adults fail to meet this goal due to factors like lack of accountability, boredom, and physical discomfort. Many struggle to prioritize wellness amidst busy lives, feeling overwhelmed by advice on self-care, diet, and stress management.
After all, you’re busy and don’t have the time to figure how to do all of that…and even if you did, you wouldn’t know how to put all this together and make it make sense for you!
And it’s scary. Because you feel achy when you get up, your energy isn’t what it used to be, and the brain fog is ridiculous…and concerning.
You love the “idea” of wellness, but you just don’t know how to make it happen in reality. And those generic YouTube or membership videos only get you so far!

Here’s the scoop:

Those joining in April will have two program options: FULL SUPPORT or WORKOUTS ONLY!

This program runs for 4 weeks, after which graduates will have the option to continue training with Ashley.

Your Wellness 180 is all virtual!
Both FULL SUPPORT group and WORKOUTS ONLY members receive exercises programmed specifically for those going through perimenopause.
BOTH GROUPS will have access to an exercise app to allow for flexibility in when you choose to do your workouts.
FULL SUPPORT: Prior to beginning the program, full support members will have a one on one meeting with Ashley to discuss goals, concerns, and programming. There will also be a posture screening and movement analysis to serve as your baseline for the program. This will allow for customization of exercises to meet YOU! In addition, there is one live group workshop meeting a week with an optional group workout later in the week. Workshops include: Nutrition, Pelvic Floor Wellness, Stress Management, and more. (Note: The workshops, workouts, one-on-one with Ashley, and complete customization are not a part of the workout only program.)

In the FULL SUPPORT option:
Members will meet one on one periodically with Ashley Prulliere. In this time your movements and posture will be assessed, allowing for customized exercise selection and guidance.
In the WORKOUTS ONLY option:
Your program is specific for women going through perimenopause and will include strength, cardio options, flexibility, core, Pilates, and more! -
In joining this program, you are committing to 4 weeks of focused, intentional work on you!
For FULL SUPPORT MEMBERS: There will be weekly check ins, weekly live meetings for education, discussion, and support; a second optional meeting for a live workout session, home calendar/journal for tracking, and more. Ashley and the rest of the group will be showing up for you. So please be sure to show up for yourself and them!
FOR WORKOUTS ONLY MEMBERS: You will keep track using the fitness app and calendar provided! Ashley will be checking in with you regularly to make sure you’re staying the course!

With Your Wellness 180 FULL SUPPORT OPTION, you can expect:
1) One group meeting at the start of each week offered live, virtually, which will include education regarding lifestyle choices (ex: nutrition) and specific components of your prescribed workouts; group Q + A; exercise form check/problem solving as needed.2) One additional optional session toward the end of the week featuring a fun live workout lead by Ashley!
3) Accountability and personalization: Daily workouts are offered through a training app at no additional cost to you. Exercises will be prescribed to you based on movement/posture assessment done by Ashley as well as your personal wellness goals.
4) Variety: While exercise methods include mostly strength training, there will also be cardio, flexibility, balance, and pelvic floor wellness incorporated as well.
5) Wellness and lifestyle strategies for now and years to come: This education is particular to women ages 40-60 and includes: stress management, mindset, methods to improve brain-body functioning, nutrition, mindfulness, and more.
Your Wellness 180 WORKOUTS ONLY OPTION: You will receive a full month of exercise programming specific for women in perimenopause! In addition, you will receive regular check-ins with Ashley and wellness tips/challenges each week to keep you motivated!
Variety: While exercise methods include mostly strength training, there will also be cardio, flexibility, balance, and pelvic floor wellness incorporated as well.
Wellness and lifestyle strategies for now and years to come: This education is particular to women ages 40-60 and includes: stress management, mindset, methods to improve brain-body functioning, nutrition, mindfulness, and more.

Your Wellness 180 is a program created by Ashley Prulliere. In Your Wellness 180, Ashley uses her knowledge as a physical therapist, her training and practice as a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and pelvic floor specialist, and her years of experience as a certified Pilates instructor for a comprehensive, unique wellness approach. This program pulls from a variety of exercise methods, researched back strategies, and up to date studies on the health and function of women age 35+.

WORKOUTS ONLY program option is $97 for the 4 week cycle.
