Athletic Pilates + Conditioning
This class puts the principles of Pilates* into action! We’ll mix cardio moves with traditional Pilates mat work and body weight exercises to build strength and endurance while boosting our cardio-vascular (and brain!) health!
*Pilates Principles include: Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Center, and Flow.
**Special note: You must be able to get down and up from the floor relatively easily.
