Time to Transition

Greetings, MPW: FIT fam!

I have big news to share with you. As some of you already know, my family and I will be moving to Chapel Hill, NC, as soon as school is out. We are moving to be closer to family. My sister and her family as well as my parents live there now, and this will be the first time we've lived so close. To say we are excited is an understatement!

However, with the Yin comes the Yang. We will be leaving behind a wonderful, supportive community here in Webster Groves, MO. I began my business in 2017, and you all have been a huge part in the growth of Mindful Pilates and Wellness and its success. I am so incredibly grateful for each client- past and current. Whether you've come in for sessions, met with me online for workouts, shared my contact information with a friend or family member, or followed me on social media, you have helped me advance as a practitioner and do what I love to do: help people find joy in movement and appreciate what the amazing body can do. I humbly thank you.

So, what does this mean for me and Mindful Pilates and Wellness?

1- If you are a current client coming into the studio for private sessions, you and I have already discussed your particular situation. Remaining sessions will be honored as booked through May 26. Any remaining balance on a previously purchased package will be refunded.

2- I plan on continuing to offer the best in science-based fitness through an online format. This Summer, be on the lookout for the opportunity to sign up for private and group classes through Zoom. This includes Pilates mat classes and MPW: FIT fitness classes for women. Thank heavens for the internet!

3- If you're maybe interested in Zoom sessions but not sure if it's for you, I will be offering FREE 15 minute zoom meetings for consultation. We can discuss what you're looking for, what it will take to make it happen for you, and what I could offer you though customized, online sessions. There's no commitment to meet and learn more!

4- I will be looking to build up my online programs. Already, I offer fitness training emphasizing core and pelvic floor education and awareness. This will continue. MPW: FIT will meet for one last round before school lets out. We start up Monday, May 1. (MPW: FIT is small group training for women- cardio, weights, Pilates, Barre, flexibility, balance, agility.)

What I ask of you:

Consider training online with me! If you want creative, science-based workouts, I'm your gal! I'd love to offer you workouts that help you get where you want to be.

Please share my information with someone you know could benefit from high quality, thoughtful, customized programming. I would be happy to meet with them to see if my programming could be a good fit. Just point them to me, and I'll take it from there!

Finally, I just want to thank you all again for your participation, support, and the trust you've placed in me over the years. I wanted to offer something special to our community, and I have been the only Pilates-Based Physical Therapy studio in our area. My method of Pilates has helped many of you move on from pain, feel a boost in self-confidence, and just feel plain good. One of the best things to come out of the pandemic for me was the start (and continuation) of MPW: FIT. Without you, NONE of this would have been possible. So, again, much gratitude and appreciation to you.

In health + sanity,

Ashley
