Folks, we have entered strange days. Suddenly, your routine is totally thrown off. You can no longer go to the gym. You have to work from home. You now are a homeschool teacher. You feel like you can’t get a moment to yourself. You can’t even see your friends.
What do you do?
Unfortunately, this question isn’t hypothetical. And this scenario is true for many of us today. And while I don’t have the answer for exactly how you should navigate these times, I know what you should NOT do. You should NOT isolate yourself from all human contact. Phone calls, internet video, and texts are still ways to feel connection. You also should NOT neglect your own personal wellness- mental AND physical. We’re in it for the long haul- you don’t need to crack. I can help.

I am trustworthy and knowledgeable. I am a physical therapist (since 2005) with years of experience as a comprehensive Pilates instructor. I am also a Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Runity-trained running coach. I did not take a weekend course and call myself skilled. I know my stuff. I can help you meet your goals AND keep you safe.
I am dedicated. This means to you, your goals, and our time together. I am a professional who takes my work seriously. This includes preparing for and executing each session with YOU in mind.
I offer you LIVE sessions. Sessions with me are not pre-recorded. This means I am there for you when you have questions or you don’t understand what you should be feeling with the exercise. I am also there if an exercise does not feel good. I can offer you a way to modify the exercise to meet YOUR needs and limitations. My customized, live sessions will keep you safe and active.
I am accessible. From FREE mat classes on the weekends to duet and private sessions offered at a variety of time frames and price points, I’ve got you covered through these challenging times.
I offer you connection to the greater community. For my St. Louis clients, in my group mat classes you’ll be able to see and experience group sessions with those in your area: your neighbors, your friends, and new, friendly faces. Suddenly, your world will extend beyond your home.
