About Ashley
Hey, there! I’m Ashley. I am a licensed physical therapist (since 2005) with years of experience as a comprehensive Pilates instructor. I am also a Menopause Coaching Specialist, a Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Runity-trained running coach. I know my stuff. I can help you meet your goals AND keep you safe.
I am passionate about helping others reduce pain, regain function, and enjoy life! I offer you a proven way to make physical gains safely AND de-stress. Your time with me will be well spent. Mindful Pilates and Wellness uses the Pilates system and traditional physical therapy methods to assess and treat each patient as a whole. With this type of PT, you’re an active participant in your own healing, allowing for maximal benefits and a quicker healing time.
